PlayStakes provides a platform for booking and managing sports court reservations. By using our service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account on PlayStakes, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Venue owners may apply venue-specific policies if more lenient than the platform policy. Players are responsible for checking cancellation policies before booking.

4. Venue Owner Obligations

Venue owners agree to:

• --Maintain safe and clean facilities
• --Honor all confirmed bookings
• --Process cancellations according to stated policies
• --Not discriminate against players based on protected characteristics
• --Comply with all local laws and regulations

5. Player Obligations

Players agree to:

• --Provide accurate information in their accounts
• --Arrive on time for their bookings
• --Follow venue rules and facility guidelines
• --Treat staff and other players with respect
• --Not engage in illegal or dangerous behavior

6. Limitation of Liability

PlayStakes is provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

7. Payment & Refunds

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy. Venue owners receive payouts according to our payment terms. PlayStakes may charge service fees or commissions as disclosed at the time of booking.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• --Engage in fraudulent transactions
• --Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
